Running Gait Analysis & Biomechanical Testing |
Our running gait analysis and biomechanical testing package includes a video analysis of your running technique/biomechanics, along with special biomechanical, strength, and flexibility testing to help determine the root causes of any problems that may be interfering with your running performance and predisposing you to injury. Based on this analysis recommendations can be made to help you correct any problematic with respect to your running stride, strength, or flexibility. |
